Kim Kardashian always looks fresh on the red carpet, but for this year’s VMAs, she’s taken it to a new level. Wearing a sheer mini-dress, Kim rocked wavy, basically wet waves.

She took to Twitter earlier asking her followers what color hair she should do for the show, with “dark” winning over blonde at 51 percent. But this is Kim Kardashian, and dark hair alone won’t cut it. I’ve never wanted to air-dry my hair more than tonight.

Of course, Kanye West was also there, choosing a relatively low-key white t-shirt from his L.A. video premiere. Still, they’ve managed to be the best-looking couple of the night.
