New at Deans: Boxes, Cleaners, and More, Oh My!
There are a lot of great things about being part of the Dean Supply family. We get to work with a lot of different people—particularly restaurant owners. Some of these owners have been in the business for decades, their restaurants having existed for generations. Other restaurant owners and managers are just getting started, looking to fulfill their dreams. It’s great to know we can help them achieve their goals and maintain the same awesome service they have provided to their customers over the years. Part of the way we do our job is by continually testing out and bringing in new product. But, what good is that new product if no one knows about it. In this post, we’re going to go over some of our newer products for restaurants and how they can potentially help your business.
San Jamar Digital Kitchen Scales
There are a lot of uses for digital scales in the kitchen—from weight portions to measuring ingredients. Both the 11 pound San Jamar digital scale and the 13 pound San Jamar digital scale are new to the Dean Supply inventory list. Both units are accurate yet inexpensive. They both also have removable platforms to make cleaning and sanitizing much easier. They’re also low profile units, which can help alleviate space and storage concerns.
Catering & Carryout Boxes
The 50 pack of Royal white catering boxes are measured to hold a half pan perfectly. They have vents to help keep the food warm without trapping the moisture inside, which means warm but not soggy food. Stack them on top for easy delivery. Want some better branding? The box is plain white, so you can easily slap on a sticker with your own logo.
These new paper brown carry out boxes are ideal for restaurants that do a lot of carry out. Stop trying to get your customers or delivery drivers to carry out too many plastic bags—bags that can easily rip and spill food everywhere. For those bigger orders, use the carryout boxes which have a plain design—easy enough to slap a label on with your own logo or write on delivery instructions.

At the same time, don’t stop the production line as there are no precautionary statements with this product and no rinsing of food prep areas is required after using it.
