It’s National Cheeseburger Day and, while I don’t really believe in these contrived food holidays—every day is cheeseburger day if you love yourself—I do enjoy a deal or two. Here are some spots where you can a burger—and in one case, pancakes—for cheap (or free!) today:
IHOP: Get two free pancakes with the purchase of any Ultimate Steakburger. (Because who doesn’t want pumpkin spice pancakes with their burger?) See their Facebook event for details.
Ruby Tuesday: “So Connected” members can get a free burger with the purchase of an entree Tuesday 9/18 or Wednesday 9/19.
Wendy’s: Use the Wendy’s app to get a free cheeseburger every day this month with the purchase of any other item every day this month.
McDonald’s: Get (almost) any kind of sandwich for $1 using their app all month long.
Sonic: Sonic actually has 1/2-priced burgers every Tuesday from 5 pm until closing time, and this Tuesday is no different. They will also be offering hot dogs for a dollar this Wednesday. I realize a hot dog is not a cheeseburger, but it is still good, and I thought you should know.
Johnny Rockets: You can get a free burger with the purchase of another item if you sign up for the Rocket E-Club.
White Castle: Print this coupon to receive a free cheese slider with any other purchase.
Burger Fi: Buy one cheeseburger, get another for a dollar.
Red Robin: Get any Gourmet Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries for five bucks with the purchase of any beverage.
Wayback Burger: Free Cheeeesy Burger with the purchase of another Cheeeesy Burger with the app.
If you don’t feel like going out, you should still celebrate. I will probably be making one of these thin bois, but if you have never experienced a Jucy Lucy, today might be the day.
