Watson in Hawaii, which again disrupts President Trump’s so-called travel ban. Advertisement From the Supreme Court’s docket for Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, et al., v. Hawaii, et al.: Jul 15 2017 Motion for clarification filed by petitioners Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, et al. Jul 15 2017 Response to motion for clarification due on or before 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2017. As we reported previously, Judge Watson flipped flopped on this issue in the course of one week. Judge Watson’s ill-considered ruling vastly expanded the number refugees and visitors from the six suspect countries targeted in President Donald J. Trump’s January 27, 2017 Executive Order Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States and the President’s March 6, 2017-revised version of the order, which narrowed the scope of his original order, that would be allowed into the country.
