Get an Impossible Burger at Burger King Starting Today

Starting today you can get an Impossible Burger at your local Burger King. The plant-based burger is being rolled out to Burger King locations after successful tests at a few trial locations. That means if you haven’t yet tried one, now’s your chance.

Even better, Burger King and Doordash are delivering the burgers for no delivery fee (other fees still apply). Doordash customers will also be able to order the “Impossible Taste Test” which includes an Impossible Whopper as well as an original meat-based Whopper for $7. That way you can decide first hand if the plant-based burger really does in fact taste like real meat (spoiler: it does).

To get the fee-free delivery you’ll need to enter the code IMPOSSIBLE at checkout. On Friday 8/9 Doordash is also offering the Impossible Burger for free for DashPass customers with the code DASHPASS5.

As it turns out, it looks like a lot of people are excited to try the burger, so many that numerous Burger King locations have started to sell out.

To help track things, Bloomberg has created the Burger Stalker, which tracks the shortages of the Impossible Burger in real-time.

You can see on a map what the Impossible Burger situation looks like currently in your area. The map includes information about not only Burger King, but also other restaurants that carry the burger (and plant-based ground meat) like White Castle, Red Robin, and Qdoba based on Impossible’s database.

You can contribute your own availability findings by launching the site while you’re physically at a location that is supposed to have Impossible Meat available. The site will verify your location, and then you can give a yay or nay to whether or not you were able to successfully get your plant-based meat fix.
