My sister just forwarded me this email:

If you click on the link in the email it takes you to secureserver.net/trace/your-info.php?/rede-your-parcel#/ This is definitely not the web address of the Royal Mail.

You are taken to this page and told you will have to pay £3 to reschedule the delivery:

If you click on reschedule you are then asked for some personal details, including your mother’s maiden name.  Useful info for a scammer who is trying to steal your financial details as many sites ask for your mother’s maiden name as a security question:

I think you can guess what the next screen was.  After you’ve been asked for your name, address and phone number, you are taken to this page, where you are asked for all your bank and card details.

If you have accidentally given your financial details to these scammers, contact your bank immediately.
