LISTEN / Tiger Woods and Ernie Els chat to Melbourne’s SEN Radio about 2019 Presidents Cup

Tiger Woods and Ernie Els have been announced as International and US Team captains for the 2019 Presidents Cup to be held in Melbourne in December 2019.

Both Woods and Els chatted separately to SEN’s breakfast hosts Gary Lyon and Tim Watson about the announcement, their memories of Melbourne and their expectations for next year.

Els got on the phone first and chatted to the team about his genuine love for Melbourne and the challenge in trying to beat the US team.

Woods was then handed the phone. Lyon’s question for Woods at the end on whether he expects to be teeing it up as a playing captain gets lost a little at the end. Maybe Woods was avoiding the question? 🙂
