You've had a long day.

You and Joe Rogan smoked some weed, then you tweeted a bit, and now the SEC wants $20 million.

It's time to relax. Sit back in your underground tunnel, and pour yourself a glass of Teslaquila, something that apparently might be a thing.

On Monday, Tesla filed an application to trademark "Teslaquila" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, reports CNBC.

While the company didn't respond to a request for comment, Elon Musk did tweet a photo of what seems to be a Teslaquila prototype.

Seeing all the pressure and scrutiny Elon Musk is under from regulators and investors, it might not seem like the best time to market a Tesla brand of tequila. Also, usually, car companies don't like to be associated with hard liquor, seeing as more than 10,000 people die in alcohol-related crashes in the U.S. each year.

It's possible that Elon, however, convinced the board this was a good idea with a presentation that looked something like this:

It's not clear if Teslaquila would simply be a promotional item or sold to consumers. But, um, yeah, prepare to see those bottles on eBay in the future.
