Three new big stage races being planned in Europe. In the Netherlands the Holland Ultra Tour, a footrace over approximately 900 km’s in 14 days around most of the country, visiting many old cities and villages, the countryside and the North Sea coast. April 19, 2020 in Spain will see the start of TransEspana, an 18 stage, 1060 kilometers road race and more than 13000 meters of D+, to connect Urdos which is located on the foothills of the French Pyrenees to the Andalusian city of Málaga. The route will follow the roads of Aragon, Castile and Mancha and Andalusia. Created by the team who staged Via Iberica, registration will open on January 1, 2019.
