I don't know anything about Australian football (or any other football teams for that matter), but it seems you've got all the details right for the supporter of this team.
A great male card. The recipient will really love it. I think it would have looked better in blue and white with a cat on it (Joking. I live in Geelong, in the shadow of Simmonds Stadium)

Awesome design- when I first look I thought nautical not a sports team but you tied it all together.
