It’s been a strapping summer for three of the four new shows of the 2015-2016 Broadway season, according to data released on Monday by the Broadway League, a trade group for theater owners and producers.

In its second week of performances, the hip-hop musical “Hamilton” continued its muscular showing during previews, grossing $1,302,511, an increase of $14,075 over its already hearty first week.

Two other shows, neither of them a musical, also impressed at the box office for the week ending July 26. The magic-centered “Penn & Teller on Broadway” grossed $1,237,512, a jump of $12,112 from the week before. “An Act of God,” a comedy starring Jim Parsons that closes on Sunday, took in $1,011,538, an increase of $21,515 that nudged it over the million dollar mark for the first time. (Twelve shows hit that threshold last week, including the top-grossing production, “The Lion King,” which took in $2,408,501.)

The fourth show of the new season, the musical “Amazing Grace,” continues to struggle. It took in only $297,904 last week, down $24,010 from the week before, keeping its place for the fifth week in a row as the lowest-grossing show of the 28 currently on Broadway.
