It's been an understandably busy few days for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are in the midst of their first overseas visit.

On Friday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex dropped by Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, the chia seed-laden suburb that's known for its bohemia and totally chill vibes, man.

Part of the royal itinerary included sitting down on the world-famous beach in an "anti-bad vibes" circle to talk about mental health. The gathering is part of a weekly session known as Fluoro Friday, organised by local surf group and mental health awareness non-profit OneWave, according to AAP.

The couple listened to stories about how the group helped them, while Prince Harry spoke about his own mental health charity Heads Together, which he founded with his brother Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

While the couple weren't quite dressed in the colourful garb that the rest of the group were wearing, they received leis as they made their way down to the sand.

We hope you'll find some sort of inner peace while looking at these photos.
