American Ralph Crowley has been improving day by day and reduced the distance between him and Neill Weir in first place to less than 12 minutes after moving into second place ahead of Iulian Rotariu. Romain Maria slips to fourth growing his lead over Australians Richard Bray and Blake Turner.
In the womens race Magdalena Paschke took 10 minutes out of Sarah Sawyers cushion which still keeps Sarah 17 minutes to the good. Chizuru Inoue had a good run today and has 16 seconds over Louisa Balsamo and Rhianon West.
