It’s the one day of the year when we can all relate to Ross from ‘Friends’

'The One With All The Resolutions' is back.

Ross Gellar has long been seen by many Friends fans as one of the least relatable, most annoying characters on the show. But every year on January 2, that changes.

In episode 11 of the show's fifth season, titled "The One With All The Resolutions," Ross' New Year's resolution to try something new every day backfires after he goes on a date in leather pants, gets overheated, takes them off, and is unable get them back on.

Understandably he's super embarrassed, has a meltdown, and calls himself a loser. But guess what, Ross? You're not alone! Turns out all of Twitter can relate to this mood.

In honor of the second day of the year, Twitter users are sharing Ross' embarrassing moment in solidarity.

Turns out a bare-legged Ross clutching his powder-covered leather pants in shame and saying "This year was supposed to be be great. Well, it's only the second day and I'm a loser..." is still hits home for many of us in 2019.

We wish you all less embarrassing January 3, but maybe stay away from leather pants just in case.
