Kodak Black Made A Music Video While Serving House Arrest

'There He Go' is his first song since being released from prison

Kodak Black was just released from prison last week, but he’s taken a page out of Gucci Mane’s playbook by getting right back to work.

The Florida rapper has already dropped his first new post-prison song, “There He Go.” The release comes with an accompanying video where the 19-year-old mostly just dances and hangs out with his friends at home, since he’s currently under house arrest. Even so, he's still seemingly in good spirits, dropping lines like "I'm the shit, but you know damn well I ain't number two."

Black left prison last week after reportedly posting $100,000 bail in South Carolina. He’s currently serving house arrest while awaiting trial for sexual battery charges. Upon his release, he shared a message with fans, writing, “I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future... I can't wait to get back to doing what I love most—working at being the illest rapper alive.”

Black also hinted on Instagram this week that a “fresh tape” is on the way, so it looks like we’ll be hearing more from him soon.
