Stalin, that wily old Democrat from bygone days, would have made a fine FBI director in the Joe Biden mis-Administration–at least until such time as he could arrange to have old Joe shipped off to an ice floe in the Bering Strait. Communists share their vodka, never their power.

Stalin may be gone, but his style of governing lives on in the black hearts of modern American  leftists. Somewhat constrained at the moment by the remnants of the founding document they are disemboweling, Democrats are nonetheless rapidly turning the federal police into a homegrown version of the Soviet NKVD.

Across the nation, FBI agents are swooping down upon conservative activists, Trump supporters, and anyone suspected of any tie to the January 6 clash at the Capitol … FBI chief Christopher Wray, who is scrambling to deliver the indictments that will please his congressional overlords, says the agency is conducting 2,000 domestic terrorism investigations. Few Americans recognize how badly the legal playing field is tilted against them.

When FBI agents knock on their doors, many Americans won’t hesitate to open up because they assume “those who have nothing to hide have nothing to fear.” But along with Bureau procedures that are a travesty of due process, the FBI is exploiting a sweeping law that criminalizes casual comments. Federal agents have the right to lie to you and to put you in prison if you lie to them. Any citizen who makes even a single-word (“no” or “yes”) false utterance to a federal agent faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine…The legal fate of individuals who talk to FBI agents does not depend on what they said. The American government is now in the hands of radicals– radicals like Nancy Pelosi, the freezer burned Shrieker of the House–who don’t believe in the American government, at least not in the one as defined by the United States Constitution for the past 233 years.

Remember: Pelosi is the same sputtering octogenarian who, almost a year earlier, disgraced herself and her office when she tore up President Trump’s State of the Union speech on national television. Adults in control of their faculties simply don’t behave like Pelosi does. The fact that she’s the most powerful person in Congress and is second in line to succeed an ailing president who himself is unfit for office is enough to send thoughtful folks of every stripe straight to the liquor cabinet.

What Pelosi and the Dems believe in is what all 2-bit tyrants believe in–using the power of government to quash dissent. If they can’t send Donald Trump and his 71 million unrepentant supporters to frozen gulags in the Arctic Circle, they will defame, disenfranchise, and disarm them until such time as they can.  In the Brave New World of the Democrats, there is no room for apostates, nor is there a need any longer to disguise their intentions.

“Crime of the century” doesn’t adequately describe what Democrats have done to this country in the few short weeks since Trump was deposed. In plain sight — and with a sneering contempt for non-elitists — they have set about erasing the Western canon. They have dumped on everyone from Plato and Socrates through Montesquieu, Locke, Franklin, Washington, and Jefferson. And all of those who fought and died for the freedoms we are now so cavalierly letting our rulers strip from us. Democrats have set about replacing the Declaration of Independence with the Declaration of Dependence, the Bill of Rights with a Bill of Goods…This is not your father’s or grandfather’s Democratic Party. Today’s Democrats are tyrants in tyrant’s clothing. They are intent on robbing us of our past and stealing our future. They want to replace America with its opposite.

It is rumored that somewhere in the back country there are pockets of Democrats that still believe in truth, justice, and the American way.  There have been sightings, they say. Grainy photographs supposedly exist that show smiling Democrats waving the Stars and Stripes; but despite the determined efforts of experienced investigators, authentic images have not been located. A JFK Democrat has not been seen in the wild since 1972. Sadly, until incontrovertible evidence to the contrary is produced, we must conclude that as a species, they are now extinct.
