What to do when you are not yourself...
Allow yourself to cry. Go ahead...cry it all out....
Spend time with a friend. Bounce your ideas off on her. She is a great source of strength and wisdom.
Rest. Put your feet up. You need to recharge your batteries.
Now go do something, anything. Pick berries. It will get your mind off things, plus you can eat the berries and your family will thank you when they find them in the freezer.
Do something for someone else. Serving others is what it's all about.
Get busy. Clean those spiderwebs off the house. The house will look so pretty. It will lift your spirits.
Cooking is always a good idea. Make your family's favorite meal.
Remember to rest and reflect. Learn what you did wrong and vow to change.
Stop brooding over old wounds, and forgive, so that you can become healthy.
